Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING:

• Ready to Ship(RTS) items are shipped same day except days the store is closed. (Monday and Tuesday) 

• Preorders ship in approximately 3 weeks unless otherwise stated.

• Any order that contains RTS and preorder will not ship until all items in order are ready. 

• When your item(s) has been prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. Often times, our emails go to your junk mail, so please add us to your contacts/ VIP list to avoid this. Please check your spam/junk before contacting us, we are here to help but responding to emails you have already received slows our process down. If you have no email we are glad to help!

• We can only ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please be sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
  

 

LOCAL PICK UP: 

• Local pick up is available during store hours only. 
• Monday-Friday 10-5
• Saturday & Sunday 10-4
• Local pick up items that are not picked up in 30 days will be donated.
