Shipping

Most items are made to order. Once items are made and sorted, we aim to ship your items as quickly as possible! (usually 7-10 days)

Preorders ship in approximately 3 weeks unless otherwise stated. If you place an order for preorder items with non preorder items your order WILL NOT ship or be ready for pick up, until ALL items in your order are ready. 

When your item(s) has been prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. Often times, our emails go to your junk mail, so please add us to your contacts/ VIP list to avoid this. Please check your spam/junk before contacting us, we are here to help but responding to emails you have already received slows our process down. If you have no email we are glad to help!

We can only ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please be sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Exchanges are welcome within 7 days of the receipt of your item, provided the customer pays shipping for the item being exchanged for. If you have an exchange, please contact brooke@brookerosedesigns.com . We make it our priority to only deliver the best in quality and design. 

Non-Returnable items

All custom orders are final sale. You will be provided a proof prior to your item is made. It is important that you look over that proof thoroughly, exchanges will not be accepted on custom items.
