Orders are processed after the store closes. If you choose local pick up, they will be available at BROOKE ROSE DESIGNS/KINGSLEY CROSSING, during business hours, or Kari Einsweiler. If you choose shipping, they will be shipped to the address you provide. Due to the custom nature of the products no refunds or exchanges are offered.
